1. What is Trauma?

Trauma is not just what happened to you.

It’s also what you had to do to survive it.

Trauma hides in silence, guilt, and fear.


2. The Inner Child

Your inner child still remembers…

  • being unloved

  • being ignored or blamed

  • feeling “too much hurt” or “not enough love”

You don’t need to stay in that place forever.


3. The Adult Self

Your adult self can:

  • Set boundaries

  • Say “no” without guilt

  • Recognize what’s not your fault

  • Nurture your inner child with kindness and words

  • What emotion do I avoid the most?

  • What did I need as a child but didn’t get?

  • What am I still trying to prove to others?

  • When do I feel small or powerless?


6. Encouragement

You are not broken.

You are healing.

You already took a step by being here today.

Your story matters.

You can live without guilt and shame.

You are worthy of love, even from yourself.
